I absolutely love Nassim’s classes. They’re suitable for all levels, as she always gives alternative movements and I always feel like I’ve had a fantastic workout. She’s great at keeping us all motivated and I love that it’s a way of seeing friends too. Although I’ve always loved doing classes, I was definitely sceptical of participating in online ones to begin with but these amazing classes definitely have me hooked. I now find myself organising my week around them.

Odell is a AWESOME trainer with great sense of humour. Every session is filled with a laugh and positive attitude which will empower you to work out even harder.  Very professional coaching. He will definitely help you to achieve your fitness goals!  I really enjoy my training especially during Lockdown. I do not think I would have had the same motivation if I had to go it alone.  

The programme that he put together during Lockdown has been so beneficial to me.  I can feel myself getting fitter in mind and body.  


I look forward to jumping online to do his sessions as part of my daily routine . My favourite class is Hiitstory - albeit the hardest one. But the feeling you have after his class is amazing! Feel so pumped afterwards.

If I cannot do an exercise he will tailor it to suit my capabilities. Really adaptable PT!

I've been training with Odell twice a week for a year now and couldn't be happier.

Odell makes training fun and we always have a laugh which is much needed when he's putting me through hell. No two sessions are the same and he has a seemingly unlimited number of ways to make you hurt! I've never worked so hard and been pushed so much but the results are amazing. The results we've achieved over the past twelve months are awesome and I'd have never thought I could change my body so drastically in such a short time. Training days are now the days I look forward to the most.

I started one to one training sessions with Odell to get bikini ready for summer and can't believe the results I've seen. My stamina has improved greatly and my body tone has changed dramatically.


The sessions include a vast range of exercises and he works you really hard but it's well worth it! I can't recommend Odell enough! Thank you :)

Odell is a fantastic instructor. He is motivated and motivational. His classes are hard and I always feel I've worked hard for the hour's class. He has great communication skills and provides lots of encouragement to attendees of different abilities. He varies his classes so no two weeks are ever the same.


Given that it's an early start I have occasionally thought of giving up but I have stuck with the classes because of Odell - a great start to an energetic weekend.
