As a client, what can I expect?


As a new client you can only expect the best professional service from LFPT; First things first a free 121 consultation is a must for us to establish your goals and your barriers to fitness. This is the time where we find out what works for you, your injuries and likes/dislikes so we can tailor and create a programme that will work for you as an individual. Next up is our body Mot and our body composition test; at this precise moment this may sound very daunting, but it is very simple when explained.


Body Mot consists of us taking your height, weight, blood pressure and resting heart rate. Body composition test consists of us taking measurements of your trunk, waist and thighs as well as working out your BMI, which is your height to weight ratio. We will also work out your percentage of body fat and your lean muscle mass in your body.


All these things are done for one specific reason. We need you, the client to know from the first day you start to train with LFPT that we are a results-driven pt company and results can only start to be measured before your journey begins and we found when the client can see their results this is the best motivation in the world.

LFPT small-group training can take place at your home, our private studio or local parks.


It is devised for two or more people to undertake a group activity, usually to increase levels of fitness and to help tone and reduce body fat. However, group sessions can be used to pin point certain areas of the body, such as legs bum and tums, increase upper body strength or just simply drop baby weight after pregnancy. Team training is devised to take a team that is under achieving to the next level normally over a period of 6 weeks. Increasing speed, agility, strength and performance to win that league or take that trophy back .These sessions can take place at your local training grounds, a bespoke training location or a local park
